My Professional Journey began in the world of Law.
I studied at the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru, where I built a solid legal career in both the private sector and within the Congress of the Republic of Peru. For years, my compass was logic, analysis, and the structure of the legal framework.
But life, in its quiet and powerful way, led me down paths I never imagined — and each step brought me closer to my true calling.
From Peru to the World: A Life of Transformation
I emigrated from my native country for love, moving to Virginia, where my husband was living at the time. Suddenly, I found myself immersed in a completely new world — a different language, culture, climate, and way of life.
Over the past 23 years, I have lived in four U.S. states: Virginia, Texas, New York, and Florida. Each chapter brought challenges, growth, reinvention, and profound learning.
I didn’t just change locations — I transformed identities.
The Turning Point
Throughout those years, I worked in nonprofit organizations, as an immigration paralegal, and in administrative management roles. These experiences were valuable and formative.
Yet internally, something was evolving.
Revalidating my law degree in the United States did not resonate with me. It was not about effort or cost — it was about purpose. I sensed my path was leading somewhere deeper.
Then I discovered Ontological Coaching — and everything shifted.
I fell in love with a discipline that works from the inside out, honoring language, emotions, and being as the foundation for transformation.
Professional Formation
I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), with nearly 600 hours of professional coaching experience.
I completed my professional training as an Ontological Coach through the ICF-accredited Level 2 program at Intercoach Group®. I am an active member of ICF Global and the ICF South Florida Charter Chapter.
My Mission and Approach
I currently live in the United States, but my work has no borders. Thanks to technology — and to my own lived experience as an immigrant — I accompany individuals anywhere in the world, in both Spanish and English.
My approach is grounded in deep listening, presence, empathy, and profound respect for each client’s unique process.
